Just as an FYI....

damdest thing about the ball bearings...no one seemed to know what size. My LBS insisted on 1/4. Online research seemed to indicate either 3/16 or 7/32. I got both and tried them out. I would have thought the 3/16 the better match due to the spacing of the balls---but alas the adj cup threaded all the way in leaving no room for the ring. 7/32 on the other hand left almost a ball's width of space but worked perfectly....

ps.....the bb may be a dreaded OT c-record. I only add that so I do not leave bad/or questionable info in the archives.
