I have it on good information that this is a photo of Chuck's sloop while he was on a Dutch bicycle buying binge. My contacts tell me that the full title of this picture (which is well known to all dutch bike collectors) is "Bicycle Dredge" or "Chuck goes Kloof Diving, Rottendamn, Nl. 2001"
