Subject: [CR]a "Leo" ?

As I rode past a "bulk trash day" pile of junk something caught my eye. Turned out to be a rusted old lightweight that I threw in the bushes and came back for it with the car. Almost (probably) beyond redemption but for a few parts. But I am curious about the marque which I never heard of nor can find any reference to in the archives. Called a Leo, with a headbadge that looks like it might have been a lion. Can anybody shed some light on this one. Looks like it was from the early sixties. Had Campy Gran sport derailleurs, universal brakes, cottered cranks with simplex adaptor for second ring. Campy donwtube shifters, the rest...rusted beyond the pale. Thanks for any insight.
