Off the top of my head I don't know anything about the company, but there was a white (repainted) Paramount with the twin downtubes on UK Ebay a couple of years ago and I have the photos and possibly the text of the listing somewhere. I'll try to dig them up and post anything relevant if I can. It was a very cool machine that went for a reasonable price as I recall, and I almost took a stab at it.
