These can be mounted using the 'hardware' off a pair of Bluemells, all you need is a small ball pein/pin hammer(for closing rivets) a small drill bit (3mm if I remember correctly) a hand drill, a centre punch, pencil and a bit of patience, oh and some 3mm ish alloy dome head rivets.
remove parts from Bluemells set, mark out Honjo fenders/mudguards exactly the same, centre 'pop' the markings, drill through,fit hardware/brackets with rivets dome head to outside(the side you see) lightly 'hammer' over inside of rivet on vice/steel bar etc, then file top of rivet flat (it will have been marked and deformed a bit during hammering over the inside, then polish...they WILL look great.
