That second site seems to accept information from visitors so it could be a case of incorrect submission, although it wouldn't be surprising if Eddy was riding De Rosas as well as Kessels.

I've uploaded to my site a couple of photos of an actual Fiat Merckx team frameset made by Kessels. I think the Kessels pro-level frames are constructed just as nicely as many of the higher end brands that we're more familiar with.
