Thanks for making this clarification just as my finger was about to hit the send button. Those are definitely 60's era Paramount graphics. It could have started life as a 50's Tourist model (apologies for earlier stating those dropouts never appeared on Paramounts - I have pics that show very similar looking dropouts on earlier Tourist models). I'm still not convinced about the headlugs, but my Paramount knowledge doesn't go back before 1959, so I'll defer to Tam and the other early Paramount experts. Sorry if my earlier statements regarding the authenticity of this bike as a 60's Paramount as per the auction description were made too strongly.
