Sure it does; it has everything to do with someone else. If somebody bid on it and the seller ends the auction early that bidder is being cheated. I as a rule do not end auctions early. I've been positively surprised with ending prices quite a few times. As to the thrill of collecting; getting antsy 13 seconds before the end of an auction sure beats mailing a seller asking to end auctions early. It is compareable to doing 40mph on a bike or 40mph in a car.
