That's a good point Jack. They are quite different from the most common style. The lugs on a Grand Jubilee or Grand Record are distinctly different than on a Paramount, PX10, Raleigh International , etc. However, the Motobecane literature always states specifically Nervex lugs.

Remember, Nervex had dozens of "stock" models within their "Professional" lug sets alone, and even more in their "Serie Legere" group. And... the face-cuts of the headlugs could always be combined with different "nozzle cuts" - the nozzle being the sleeve into which the top tube and down tube would fit. Motobecane seems to have commissioned their own proprietary feature cuts which I've seen used on no other Marques.

I'll post some catalog scans soon to illustrate some of the diversity of Nervex lugs available.
