I was at Billy Rounds' shop this afternoon and saw a new project he has on the stand. It is an old Leo bicycle. Billy thinks it is Italian. A Google search didn't turn up any usable information.
The frame has fancy lugs, stamped dropouts, chromed fork (mostly rust, now).
I didn't have a camera with me, but I'll try to get some photos next time I'm there.
Any information about this bike would be appreciated.
