Perhaps for the beginning collector such a thing would be useful. However after years of collecting I really have to say that how badly I want it is the a price guide for me.
I think a price guide might reduce the learning experience for newer collectors. Only those outside the community of classic bicycle collectors would benefit very much from such a thing.
If one of you folks has a lot of time on their hands or wants the credit of being the author of a price guide, great. To my view, though, such a thing would not be as useful as Lou's Used Bike Guide.
Perhaps this an elitist view on my part, but it is my view and here it is.
