My Professional doesn't have those windowed lugs but does have the same Portacatena rear dropouts. Per Chuck's timeline, they were introduced in 1978 but, of course, could have sat around for a good amount of time before being pulled from the box. Does help to set the earliest date unless it was some sort of special with preproduction parts.
