You know over here we got big problems with the workforce going on strike all the time plus when it's not them it's the post office or the train drivers, so I was reckoning more on getting the design done here and farming out the work to people who really believe in what they do, like Chinese political prisoners on forced labour.
I've also been thinking along the lines of why not make some wrap-around rubber Herse lookalike fake lugs, with a bit of black paint you could turn any Motobécane into a presentable Herse. And as nobody rides them...
