Subject: [CR]Mystery bike Nervex, Campagnolo...Please help ID

Bike is 54cm square, Nervex lugs incl. BB shell. 27.2 seat pin. Campy dropouts with single eyelets and adjusters. English threads. Obvious identifying feature is a roller attached to the BB shell for the RD cable (see Pics.) The only other braze-on is the RD cable stop. The fixed cup is marked 'CON SFERE DA 3/16"'. NR RD marked 'patent'. Campy shifters w/yellow boots. Handlebar and stem are 3ttt. Bars marked 'Super Leggero', stem marked '3ttt record' and 'Evian'. Binder bolt is 7mm. Campy High Flange hubs. The head tube is drilled 2 vertical holes 64 mm apart. The serial number is stamped very clearly (see 5 Pics, click to enlarge.) No decals, no head badge, no clue.
