Subject: [CR]alloy bars and stem for a Chris Kvale?

I am in the process of building up a newly acquired Chris Kvale frame. I'm using modern but alloy Chorus components. Further solidifying its KOF status, it has a threaded 1' steerer. I'm going to use a Nitto quill stem and would like to find some modern double groove alloy bars, clear anodized. So far I've not had much luck. I will not put anything black or carbon on this frame. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. BTW, Chris is a super nice guy and great to deal with. He also makes an incredibly beautiful lugged steel frame. No offense against $3500 Peugeot PX10's but that money would be much better spent on a Kvale, or a Gordon, or a Weigle, or a Baylis, or a "fill in the blank". And who among us just stole that Wizard frame on Ebay for $800 and change. You're lucky I was snoozing.
