Re: breaking parts...coming from the auto-racing world, the difference between race parts and production parts was always the desired service life; race parts were built as light as was possible while still surviving >= 1 race sessions.

Production parts, on the other hand, were built so that Jimbo could install it with a sledgehammer and hopefully you still wouldn't get a return.
