Well, Oscar Wastyn's shop, of course. Two of my old LBSs are still open after at least 50 years in business, Robert's Cycles (around 7400 North Clark Street in Chicago) and Gary's Cycles (around 6300 North Clark Street in Chicago). For among the best in shops with depth, there's Cycle Smithy, around 2400 North Clark. Of course one of the classics is in Evanston, Turin Bicycle Coop on Davis Street.
