i have to agree with you, the non-laminated ones stay intact longer, don't get separated when abused by bad weather, etc. they remain perfectly firm and sound even after hundreds of hours of riding. anyone have a spare pair to part with? and a bit of rust don't matter none to me. -devon warner had a great commute this morning in sunny, clear san francisco, CA, USA
