Note that, for alcohol consumption to protect against aluminum dust toxicity, it's important to use the alcohol like sunscreen : apply liberally, and preferably 30 mins before any aluminum is polished.
I find that when I follow this procedure, my results are always spectacular in no time at all, and I typically put away the bike parts early and retire to watch a football game or porn to celebrate my success ... :-) :-)
