Does anyone know when the long-arm Record front dérailleur came on the market? You know, the one with that long protrusion wher the cable is fed from the bottom. I have read that it was between 1958 and1960. How long did it last on the market?? I also wanted to know if anyone knew why this model was dropped in favor of the more common NR and later SR model.
