All the parts/compornents are total mess-mixup as you mentioned, 71 rear with post CPSC ('76 ) fornt and brakes, missing B/B lock ring etc, but I did not notice Cycle Arts logo till you mentioned. Yes, the D/T decal is wrong also in comparison with mine.

Having rivetted headtube badge, I wondered this frme is made in early 70's?

KEN TODA, High Point, NC, have only few Italian bikes.
