It doesn't look like late-1960's. The hub QR's are wrong, the crank is definitely modern and I'm pretty sure that Campy seat binder bolt wasn't around in 1969. And I've no idea what to make of those lugs. They sure aren't the simple Italian style with which I'm familiar.

this is absolutely a legit Pogliaghi, probably from the mid-60s, but without the serial number you can't say much more about that. Someone should ask the seller what the s/n is...it's either on the seat-lug or the head-lug.

The one photo that shows the dt graphic suggests that it's the original graphic, but the paint looks awfully good..for a long time original Pogliaghi graphics in that style were very hard to get..unless Cyclart repainted this..or, unless it's really original and just in very good shape. without better pics, or, examination in person, certain things are hard to say much about for sure.

But, those are the cool Nervex fancy lugs Pogliaghi used on some of his road and track frames in the 60s, shown in a catalog I have, and that's up on the CR site.

Neat bike. Too bad if it's been repainted though. The parts issues are trivial, to me. Easy to put this bike back to as-original. The parts are relatively easy to get. The repaint question is the more important one.

I'm just glad it's too big for me, because it'd be very tempting in my size, repaint or not. Those bikes are incredibly rare with those lugs. The sort of bike you go to the mat for if it fits you..if you're going to ride it, anyway. Very hard to find these.

If you weren't going to ride it though, value is much less, since it's not much of a wall-hanger..unless it's original paint. That's the big question. If it's original paint, it'd be a nice wall-hanger with as-original parts. It'd be an ideal office-queen if it had all its original parts--and original paint--but, we can probably assume--accurately--that those are long gone.
