With that serial number, it has to be from the 60's. I have heard of Super Course and Grand Prix with similar serial numbers in that same location. I suspect that if it were a Competition, it would have followed the other serial numbering scheme - with a letter, preceding four numbers stamped onto the bottom bracket.

My knowledge of the lugs used on the Super Course in the second half of the 1960's is limited to what I can make out from the catalog scans, but zooming in on the picture in the 1968 catalog seems to show similar lugs.

My semi-educated guess is that you have a late 1960's Super Course - possibly 1967 or 1968.

Now all you have to do is paint it, build it up, and have fun riding it.
