Mikey,

You should have let me know sooner. I have a CD of a recording we made o f our first get together in Petaluma, CA at Ross's place on Jan. 19, 20 07. We recorded every number we played at NAHBS in order. The recording was done on a mini-disc recorder sitting on the floor with only the mic in the tiny unit recording the music. It is a "live in the studio" recor ding. I was using the drumkit in the studio (a Slingerland kit from the 70's) which once we finished our 2 rehersal sessions, had caused an inju ry to my right arm from a misalignment of the drums (compared to my kit at home). I didn't play from that day until one day before showtime, whi ch was enough time for me to lose my touch and forget a few timing detai ls in the music. I'm pretty sure the rehersals were much better than the actual performance; as far as my part goes. If you want a copy of the C D for grins, let me know.

Brian Baylis La Mesa, CA Haven't played my drums since the night of the performance in San Jose. Letting the arm heal as I work on building some frames.
