I thought I would try one last time for help on my first project. I have not had any luck searching the internet.
It is a PASCOE. Made in England. Serial No. 50359 on drive side dropout.

Rear Rim reads" Made In France Chromage Super Chromix - Hub is a set up to accept a single speed sprocket.
5 speed Rear Derailleur - Suntour Honor Front Derailleur - Suntour Spirit
Wheels : 27" Rear Hub - Made In Germany. Has "WECO" inside a diamond shape. Diamond pattern braking surface.
Front Hub - W. Germany. Wing nut type quick release bolts. Smooth braking surface.
Brakes: Weinmann - 810- Rear 730-Front
Saddle: Wrights W3SW Leather.
Kickstand: 98, the letters REG inside a diamond shape. Italy
