Len,

That bike might be from one of the "transition" periods. But if iw was b uilt by the "second crew" at Masi Carlsbad (refering to after Mario and everyone was "let go" and when Mike Howard and myself were recruited to come back after building Wizard Cycles for two years).

That would have been Mike Howard brazing, myself as painter, Simonetti a s shop manager and general assembly and catch all, Barry Keyser, Sherida n Saxton, Shane Dawson, and Steve Beady as filers and such. May be one o r two others, but I think that's it. Believe it or not, Richard Sachs ha s a fuzzy poloroid group photo of ths crew in his collection of stuff. T he photo was taken at the Carlsbad factory by Richards' mother during a visit to the West Coast in around '76 or '77 sometime.
