The lug pattern extended down the tubes in a leaf and vine configuration. It was pretty spectacular. Perhaps someone knows the year and date of that article. That frame must be a candidate for best American frame from that era."

Very cool stuff! I wonder what the charge was for this sort of detail work? I love the look of this style, but can't imagine paying for it and then riding the bike hard. (but I do have a Hetchins Magnum Opus....)
