Bruce, The reversible 22/23 mm. "CCP-2" tool from Park which Fred referred to is now long gone - unless you can find one in the back room of a bike shop. And, these would not fit the Stronglight or TA extractor ends. But, if / when you do find an original TA part ...

There is a small inexpensive tool from LIFU which uses the same threads as Stronglight and TA extractor tools. So, the crank fitting ends will work with this too. Like the Park tool, it has a much better "floating" tip, which makes extraction a lot easier. I hope it is still made - mine is several years old.

A great tool to take along if you want to travel light. All You need to add is a 16 mm wrench or a small adjustable Crescent wrench to turn the device. And perhaps the 16 mm socket from a Stronglight tool to remove original Stronglight crank bolts.
