I was sure I had a Campag one in my stash, but looks like it's gone. The commercial ones were often advertising freebies and wouldn't last very long. Probably the same kind you see distributed at stage race feed stations today. After the rider transfers what he wants to his pockets, he discards it and some lucky spectator gets a souvenier.

The earlier ones used by many club riders in the fifties that Doug mentions were home made from deck chair canvas with coloured stripe patterns.
