I just wrote to Aldo Ross and asked if he knew when they started with adjusting barrels on brakes. It occurred to me that if someone can tell us, that the rest of the list may be interested In hearing, too.
The one in Aldo's photo of chain oiling from 1949 is clearly visible, as Aldo points out.
