How about this one?

item 270180595393

bid history :

http://ebay.com/<blah

Full 531, very high end frame from a famous racing marque, nifty lilac color, 9 bidders making 13 bids and it only got to $119? Yeah, it's a giraffe frame, but still there were 9 guys chasing it. Unfortunately I just blew the budget on an old Holdsworth so I couldn't bid what I wanted. But, yeah, there are barganis out there yet.

This Pogliaghi

discussed earlier, is an *extremely* rare version of the road frame. Yes, a repaint. But pretty good one, in an authentic color, with correct graphics. A little interesting paint modification (panels with fade highlights), without actually repainting the whole thing, would have it looking *very* choice, and fully period-correct...and correct parts are easy, and fairly cheap, to come by.

I was tempted, but I'm trying to wean myself off of repaints. Even so, had it been even a centimeter smaller, I'd have been there at the end. I cannot believe how cheaply it went for. A real bargain.
