Would appreciate any assistance in correctly dating a FUJI PISTA bike that I recently purchased. Serial number reads "F75L1", so it may point the date to "1975"???

I worked at a shop that sold Fuji's in the 1970s and 80s, but don't ever recall seeing a track bike offered in their catalog line. Overall build quality is actually quite nice, with thinned lugs with window cutouts plus a drilled BB shell. Original paint with numerous touch-ups throughout.

Posted some photos of the frame on Wool Jersey that can be viewed at the following address:

http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Kevin-Krugers-Bikes/FujiPista/

Is equipped with original Sugino Mighty Competition Track crank with 165 arm length, KKT track pedals, SR Royal two-bolt seatpost, Nitto stem and SR Custom bars, Tange Falcon loose-ball headset. Unfortunately the original wheels were not included with the bike upon purchase.

Will be offering it for sale later this week on eBay since it is too small for me to retain as a keeper.

Appreciate any information that can be supplied to me offlist.

Regards, Kevin Kruger - Grantville, PA
