I have just read in May 11 1950 Cycling add for "The new Simplex Blocage" says Here is a novel Simplex "Blocage" a system for converting ordinary racing hubs into quick release hub. ETC the lever shown does NOT have rubber covers on it OR the name Simplex as far I can see, (And that's not far these days) anyone interested in photo of add, Email me.
