Yes. I once tore the sole completely off one of my bike shoes while riding (don't ask). When I got home I hot glued it back together and it seems to be holding up fine. That was 2 summers ago now.

I just use a glue gun and glue from a craft store. Clean the pieces well before gluing. I clamped the shoe in a vice while it cooled.
