Really good suggestions. Looks like the size of my box did me in and sent it to the higher category. I was also informed from the CR forum that a FedEx depot is just down the street from the DHL one that I used.
Next time I will try a smaller box and FedEx.
Thank you also for the packing tips. At least I had used most of those suggestions on my own.
