Thanks Ted. That's how I learnt it over 50 years ago in the UK. When I resumed cycling in the late seventies in the New World, these weren't popular enough to have a new name invented that I remember, but Campag had already been changed to "Campy" crossing the Atlantic. Good thing Dale doesn't have anything in the rules about that. :)
