Tom,

Cycle Jumble = jumble sale which is similar to our "flea market." They are often put on by an organisation or a church group to raise funds. Similar are "rummage sales" or "carboot sales." all are variations on N. Am. flea markets, church bazaars, yard sales, garage sales, etc.
