Someone in town here is riding a very old fixed gear Masi with a single front brake...a Universal side pull! It's got to be pre-'70's from the look of it.

And...he is an older guy, too. He rides in wool!

We're going over to the west side of town today to Manitou Springs for lunch and Fat Tire beer.. Manitou is at the base of Pikes Peak and all of the bike rides in town head that way and turn around at Tubby's Turnaround. Maybe we'll see the bike again. I'll take the camera and report back if we do. If I'm correct about the age of the bike, it would be worth a picture and talking to this guy.
