I have a Campagnolo Sigma tubular rim that I intend to put on Ebay. I do not, however, know its size. It measures ~560 diameter from inside to inside and ~585 mm from the outside lip to the outisde lip. Would this be called a 24 inch wheel? Or does it have a "standard" tubluar tire size? It is 28 hole.
