I come up with
"inflexibilis tamen obsequens"
which literally is "unbending but compliant". "Stiff" translates as "rigor", and I like "inflexibilis" better. More poetic. Obsequens is the root for obsequious, which orginally meant compliant or obedient, but evolved into fawning boot licker in today's usage. So you can also translate your new motto as stiff necked yet also a big suck up.
"Yet" is "etiamnunc" which would take up too much room on your escutcheon.
Incidentally "bicycle" comes out as "birota", but this seems to be a generic word for 2 wheeled vehicle.
