Maybe Peter Weigle could come to the rescue on this question. I'd sure want close up picture.

Dear bianchi,

There have been quite a few questions about the condition of the frame of the bike, which is why I contacted my client (the current owner of the bike) to get a more detailed history of the bike. The fork is fine. That bend you see is actually supposed to be there. A few other interested buyers had the same questions about the frame due to the bends or dimples on the top and bottom tube near the handlebars. There is no cracked paint, weld marks, or any other cosmetic flaws that would lead me to believe that the bends are due to a front collision.

Thank you for your interest.
