Offered to CR list members only prior to listing on eBay, an early 1970s DON FARRELL frameset. Size is 61 cm CTC or 62.5 CTT (to top of seat lug) with 59.5 CTC top tube.

As you will note from the photos, the paint has seriously faded, as it was stored for many years near a window which magnified the sunlight causing the paint to unfortunately fade. Aside from the cosmetics, the frame is in great undamaged structural condition!!! Chrome is in excellent condition.
Constructed from COLUMBUS tubing, making it somewhat of a rare UK frame!!! Similar in appearance to Raleigh Professional frames with fastback, or shot in seatstays, but with far superior build quality than Raleighs from this period (sorry, not meant to knock Raleighs, but simply a personal assessment). Note the nice drilled out lugs!!!
Requires cable stop front derailleur and use of bar con shifters.
Will include the original DON FARRELL AVA tubular rims with frame purchase. Frame does not include any components (e.g., headset nor bottom bracket).
