Vince, The Peugeonauts were a crafty company, and one of the things they did, was to produce a number of "faux" PX-10s. There was the PFN-10, which in some years seemed to be a PX-10 with a chunky fork and Vitus stays (instead of Reynolds.) There was the PGN-10 which was all-Reynolds (albeit 501, rather than 531) and decent second tier equipment. Theres was the PSV-10, which had slightly better equipment than the PGN-10, mounted on a beautiful frame made from Super Vitus tubing. There was the PHN-10, which preceeded - and was the was similar to - the PGN-10, but I think it was made from Durifort tubing. And then there was the PBN-10. These had nicely made frames, except they used ordinary steel tubing. Actually, the finished bike weighed something like 25 pounds, so they weren't really that heavy. The equipment was decent. It may lack some cachet, but it's a nice, fun bicycle. Plus, they look great. Fred Rednor - Arlignton, Virginia (USA)
