Wald would brolly be the most apprpriate as OE spec, but they are freekin heavy- chromed steel, made in USA. Vintage Bleumels would be a good option if you can find them. That leaves Velo-orange fenders for $40 a set, or honjos for 70-90 a set. I know VO has the cheap fenders in stock. the Honjos are always spotty with availability.
