It may just be a case of a lazy or busy seller. They look like they do a bit of volume and their feedback is good. If you view their listings, they have mostly modern stuff with normal pricing set on it. If you search with just the keyword "vintage" you'll see some auctions w/o a "Buy It Now", one with a fairly accurate "Buy It Now" price and the others with the $1000 price. It's almost as if there is one "old guy" in the shop that might know the pricing of the vintage stock and he's not had a chance to get to the auctions that they had the "kid" set up and change the pricing and check the descriptions. Not a great way to go about it, I agree.
