Subject: [CR]Decals and head badge for a 1948 Holdsworth Cyclone Deluxe

The frame was solid when I received it but sporting a rattle can paint job with no transfers. So far I have not been successful with sourcing period correct decals and am also in need of a head badge. If anyone has decals and/or a head badge they would be willing to part with I would really appreciate it. Alternatively clear images of the decals would allow me to have accurate reproductions made. So far I have been able to find script decals and later version block letter decals but not the older block letter W.F. Holdsworth version. Unfortunately the images on the link from the CR site Holdsworth page are not clear enough to be useful for the decals but will be very helpful as far as the paint scheme.

The correct transfers and headbadge can be seen on Arthur Staff's bike on Norman Kilgariff's website at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/nkilgariff/ . Go to models and click on Cyclone Deluxe. Those transfers are available from Nick Tithecott at Lloyds Cycles at http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/NICK_at_LLOYDS/decals.htm , reference AR2, available in gold/black or red/black. The waisted dedicated Cyclone head badge is likely to be a problem. If a frame was sent back to Holdsworth in later years for renovation they invariably removed that headbadge and replaced it with a new prancing horse type. If one does appear on ebay you are likely to find a lot of competitors for it.
