Yes, I'm sure it is a Cinelli.

Most Northern California bike racers in Europe went to Cinelli because they were introduced to them via Cupertino Bike Shop (including me) and because Signora Cinelli spoke perfect english and was very accomodating.

Yes, Bruce Svihus was a Nor Cal bike racer (Belmont Bicycle Club) when I knew him and he went to Europe in the early '60's as some kind of U.S. Army assignment. I don't know the real story on his racing in Europe.

For the price asked you could surely have the bike appraised by a pro bike shop in Colorado or wherever the bike lives.
