On the track, weren't there pursuit and time trial bikes with bull horn bars in the very early '80s? My recollection is that the USSR and DDR teams used them at the 1980 (Moscow) Olympics.
Is that correct? I've been searching for photos over the last
couple of days, but didn't find any.
