I'm not aware that any on-topic Dura-Ace triple cranksets were ever made. I've seen one 1st generation Dura-Ace triple conversion that worked fine. It's not too hard to do since it uses a smaller BCD than Campy. If I recall correctly it simply required using proper spacers and bolts -- maybe from TA? -- to add the third ring (and a wider BB, of course). Otherwise the most common on-topic triples are TA, Stronglight and Campy NR -- all of which are very good.
