You're both right. Avocets had 102 and 74mm BCDs on the same arms. http://tinyurl.com/2ac6bk

IIRC this was the 1st use of the 74mm BCD and news of it reached me 2 days after I had my Campi tandem arm drilled and tapped to 86mm for a Stronglight 28t. We're not strong riders and could have used a 24t many times.
